How to Assign tickets to employees?
After Creating Tickets, It’s necessary to assign those tickets to your Team Members in order to allow them to take action on it.
Step 1.

After Creating Tickets, The same button will be replaced by “View Ticket Activity” button. Click on it.
Step 2.

A Popup will appear, containing all the options related to Tickets. > Select Assignee
Step 3.

Select your Team Member, who’ll be assigned for the resolution of the ticket.
Note:- If you don’t have any team member, Add it in Manage Team and Map that location to it. Without mapping location, Team Member will not appear in “Select Assignee”
Step 4.

Confirmation Popup will appear!
Step 5.

Ticket and Assignee status will also get changed.
