How to Create Tickets Against Reviews?
You can create tickets against each review of your Business. To provide the swiftest resolutions possible to your customers.
Step 1.
Login to your Famepilot Dashboard.
Step 2.
Click on “Reviews” in the left nav panel.
Step 3.
Choose the review on which you want to “Create Ticket” and click on “Create Ticket” button.
Step 4.
A Ticket confirmation popup will appear.
It’s Done!
A new ticket is created on the Famepilot.
