Introduction

Famepilot provides a Online Reputation Management and Customer Experience & Engagement platform for Single Location Business, Enterprises (Multi-Location/Franchiser) and Marketing Agencies/Affiliates  including its concierge apps, marketing platform, survey platform and review analytics solution through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. At Famepilot the privacy and security of our customers, end-customers and site visitors are of paramount importance. Famepilot is committed to protecting the Personal Data shared with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Famepilot processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual (“Personal Data”) collected through use of its website and platform.

Any information stored on Famepilot’s platform is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. Famepilot implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure.

Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TripAdvisor:

If you sign up for Famepilot using your Google Or facebook account or link your Famepilot account to your account with a third party service like GoogleFacebookTripAdvisorYoutube or Twitter, we may receive information about you from such third party service. We may use this information to help you create your account on Famepilot and connect and share public content with your friends and followers. You can manage how you link your Famepilot account to third party services here. Please note that if you interact with Facebook, Twitter, or other third party icons through the Service, including “Like,” “Share,” “Engage,”or similar buttons, those companies may collect information about you, such as your device’s IP address. Your interactions with these and other third parties are governed by the third parties’ privacy policies(like: Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service) And you can revoke Famepilot’s access to your data from Google Security Settings at any time.

Our use of Third Party Integration:

Our Applications may contain links to or allow you to connect and use certain external third-party products, services, or software in conjunction with your use of our Applications and Products (“Third Party Services,” and each, a “Third Party Service”), including certain social media networks and other integration partners. To take benefit of these features, you may be required to sign up or log into such Third Party Service on their own websites or applications. By allowing the Applications to access such Third Party Service, you are authorising Famepilot to pass on your login information to the Third Party Service and allowing the Third Party Service permission to access or otherwise process your data. You approve that your use of such Third Party Service is governed solely by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of such Third Party Service (including but not limited to, the Twitter Terms of Service located at www.twitter.com/tos and the YouTube Terms of Service located at https://youtube.com/t/terms and that Famepilot does not endorse, is not liable for, and makes no representations as to the Third Party Service, its content, or how such Third Party Service uses, stores, or processes your data. We are not liable for any damage or loss occurring from or in connection with your enablement of such Third Party Service and your reliance on the policies, privacy practices, and data security processes of such Third Party Service. We are not responsible or liable for any changes to or deletion of your data by the Third Party Service. Certain features of our Products may depend on the availability of these Third-Party Services and the features and functionality they make available to us. We do not control Third Party Service features and functionality, and they may change without any notice to us. If any Third Party Service stops providing access to some or all of the features or functionality currently or historically available to us or stops providing access to such features and functionality on reasonable terms, as determined by Famepilot in our sole discretion, we may stop providing access to certain features and functionality of our Products. We will not be liable to you for any refunds or any damage or loss arising from or in connection with any such change made by the Third Party Service or any resulting change to our Products. You irrevocably waive any claim against Famepilot concerning such Third Party Services.

Retention and Deletion

Famepilot will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. For End-customer data, Famepilot’s Business Users have control of the purpose for collecting data, and the duration for which the Personal Data may be kept. For End-Customer data, Business Users with an active account will therefore have the responsibility to delete data when required. When a Users’s account is terminated or expired, all Personal Data collected through the platform will be deleted, as required by applicable law.

Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights

Generally Famepilot Users have control of the purpose for collecting Personal Data. However, You have certain legal rights to obtain information about whether we hold any Personal Data about you, to access Personal Data we hold about you, and to obtain its correction, update, amendment or deletion in appropriate circumstances. Some of these rights may be subject to some exceptions or limitations. Your principal rights are as follows:

Right to access, rectify or delete your information:

You have the right to request Famepilot to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data stored with us. You can ask us to verify whether we are processing Personal Data about you. You can ask us to rectify our records if you believe they contain incorrect or incomplete information about you. Lastly, you can ask us to delete your Personal Data if you withdraw your consent or when we no longer need it for the purpose it was originally collected for.

Acceptance of these Conditions

We assume that all Visitors of our website, end-customers to platforms powered by Famepilot and business users Famepilot’s platform have carefully read this document and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they should refrain from using our website and platform. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy as necessity dictates. Continued use of Famepilot website and platform after having been informed of any such changes to these conditions implies acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Our Legal Obligation to Disclose Personal Data

We will reveal a user’s Personal Data without his/her prior permission only when we have reason to believe that the disclosure of this information is required to establish the identity of, to contact or to initiate legal proceedings against a person or persons who are suspected of infringing rights or property belonging to Famepilot, or to others who could be harmed by the user’s activities or of persons who could (deliberately or otherwise) transgress upon these rights and property.
