How to Close Ticket after resolution?

After the resolution, It’s preferable to close the ticket to sort it using filters.

Step 1.

Login to your Famepilot Dashboard.

Step 2.

- Famepilot Internet Private Ltd.

Click on “Tickets” in the left nav panel.

Step 3.

- Famepilot Internet Private Ltd.

Choose the ticket which you want to “Close” and click on “View Ticket Activity” button.

Step 4.

- Famepilot Internet Private Ltd.

Click on “Close Ticket” on the top right.

It’s Done!

- Famepilot Internet Private Ltd.

Ticket closed!

Note:- To Re-Open it

- Famepilot Internet Private Ltd.

Click on the button to “Reopen it”
