Open Your Famepilot Account. (Login to- app.famepilot.com)
Click the drop-down on the left side corner of your dashboard and select the central setup.
Select Set-Up Smart Response and click on the button in the right to Turn On Smart Response.
After following the above steps, Pre-Designed templates are showing up to you. Click Any-Of them to edit or Click (+Add Response) button to design yours.
Name your template> Design your reply > Select the Sentiment > Turn On Auto-Reply > Select Channels (Facebook, Google etc) > Press Save.
After save, you can cross check your template status, review type etc. in ready to go templates.
Note:- If any other template of the same sentiment/review type is already On. Then you'll get this error.
